Return Policy
At Acase, we offer a 7-day return window, which means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

unused and unworn;

in the same condition as received;

returned with any original tags and packaging;

accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the item. Where applicable, a return shipping label may also be provided. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to request a return for the original product and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must still be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that some exceptions may apply depending on the nature of the item and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
