Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We prepare and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@acase.store.
Once an order has already been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
Order Cancellations

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
If your order has not arrived within 20–35 business days after you received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your full name and order number so we can assist you.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support as soon as possible and include clear photos of both the packaging and the item.
